This Privacy Notice explains how BeInNews Academy Limited, a company incorporated under the laws of Hong Kong with its registered office at Unit D3, 11/F, Luk Hop Industrial Building, No.8 Luk Hop Street, San Po Kong, Kowloon, Hong Kong (“Organizer”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses, and processes personal data in connection with the The BeInCrypto 100 Awards program (the “Awards”).

(a) individuals submitting applications on behalf of themselves or an organization (“Applicants”); and
(b) individuals participating in the evaluation or voting process (“Voters” or “Judges”).

By submitting an application or participating in the Awards, you acknowledge that your personal data will be processed as described in this Notice.

Applicants:
- name, surname;

- company name, role, and business information;

Voters / Judges:
